The Sheep archives contain information that was on our previous website. It was written as a journal, and provides detailed information of what was important to us at the time.

Welcome to Curryosity Farm, located in Jackson, California.

We began raising sheep in 2000, when Christi wanted to participate in the 4-H Lamb Project. I allowed her to purchase two lambs, a whether and ewe. She was 10 years old at the time and I thought she might have an easier time selling one at the auction, if she had one to bring home with her.

We purchased our first ram, Sam, in 2002. We used Sam to breed to Molly and had him sold by the end of the year. Molly had a set of triplets, but we lost the ewe lamb.  read more »
