Leila was bred to our Boer buck and had a pair of twin does, Valentine & Valencia, on 2/14/07.

Ashelin was bred to our Boer buck, and had a single buck, Billy, on 3/23/07.

Darlene was bred to our Boer buck, and had a pair of twin does on 6/07/07.

Cameron was bred to our Boer buck and had a single buck on 7/11/07.

On Valentine's Day, 2/14/07, our day began with a set of triplets. Nena had triplets, two bucks and a doe, with one surviving buck, Cupid. Leila, our Nubian goat, had her kids the same afternoon and had twin does, Valentine and Valencia. We moved the does and their kids from the rest of the herd and placed them in their own individual goat nursery.  read more »

We have a much smaller herd of Boer goats now that we downsized. We decided to sell Sissy, Bethany, Petunia, Robin, and El Toro in addition to Sunny, Violet, Nox, and Meat.

We now have a small herd of six Boer goats and one Boer/Nubian cross. We kept Lazarus (buck), Hawk (buckling on loan to a friend), Nena (doe), Jackie (doe), Peppy (doeling), Emma (doeling), and Divinity (Boer/Nubian doeling).

Lazarus is now sharing a pasture with Nena, Jackie, Ashelin (Nubian), and Leila (Nubian). We hope to see some goat kids arrive around February.
